RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

To request an eligible return or cancellation, sign in to your Taya Beauty customer account at account.tayabeauty.com and select the applicable order.

Please do not return merchandise before receiving authorization and return instructions from Taya Beauty.

Products purchased through Amazon, HSN, QVC, or another authorized retailer must be handled directly through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s policies.
