Return & Refund Policy
At Taya Beauty, we want you to feel confident in every product you choose. If your purchase is not the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery of the last item in your order.
If the end of your return window falls on a weekend or recognized holiday, the return period will extend to the next business day.
Return Eligibility
Products may be opened and gently tried. To be eligible for return, approximately 75% or more of the original product must remain, and the item must be returned in reasonable condition.
Products that have been substantially used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
Products sold as a set or bundle must be returned together.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return:

- Open the applicable order
- Select the item or items you would like to return
- Follow the instructions to submit your request
All return requests are reviewed before approval. Submitting a request does not automatically approve the return, issue a refund, or generate a return label.
Please do not send merchandise back until you have received return authorization and instructions from Taya Beauty.
U.S. Return Shipping
For eligible returns within the United States, a flat $8.95 return-label fee applies once per return and will be deducted from your refund.
The return-label fee is waived when an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from an error by Taya Beauty.
International Returns
International customers may submit a return request through their Taya Beauty customer account within 30 days of delivery.
International return requests are reviewed individually. If your request is approved, Taya Beauty will provide the appropriate return instructions. Please do not send merchandise back before receiving return authorization.
International customers are generally responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Return-shipping arrangements and any applicable fees will be confirmed during the approval process. Any estimated return fee displayed when submitting the request may be adjusted after review.
Original international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-related fees are generally non-refundable, except where reimbursement is required by applicable law.
International exchanges are not currently available. Eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund, and a new order may be placed separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider to process and post the credit.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Sets, Gifts, and Final-Sale Items
Products sold as a set or bundle must be returned together to qualify for a full refund.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Complimentary or promotional gifts
- Products explicitly marked Final Sale
If a complimentary item was included with a qualifying purchase, we may ask that it be returned with the order or deduct its stated value from the refund.
Purchases from Other Retailers
Products purchased through Amazon, HSN, QVC, or another authorized retailer must be returned directly through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Taya Beauty can process returns only for purchases made directly through tayabeauty.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may submit a cancellation request at any time before an item has been fulfilled.
To request a cancellation:
- Sign in at account.tayabeauty.com
- Open the applicable order
- Select the cancellation option
Cancellation requests are subject to review and are not confirmed until you receive a cancellation confirmation from Taya Beauty.
Once an item has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
