Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. We only ship within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping and Handling: $7.95 per order, plus an additional $1.00 per item.
RETURN POLICY: UPDATED DURING THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
Our first and main priority is always YOU. Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, life as we know it has become chaotic and confusing. Taya is committed to creating a positive shopping experience for you, now more than ever. Effective March 24, Taya will extend our return policy, allowing customers to return up to 90 days on all purchases made on or after March 1, 2020, for a full refund or exchange (based on availability). This extends our normal 30-day return policy to give you ample time to safely send back your items.
Since the current situation can change instantly, we are not setting a current end date for this updated policy. Per usual, we will update you immediately upon any changes to this policy.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase. Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damages beyond normal wear and tear in transit. If damage has occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Taya’s customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to assist you.
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments, or cancel any order once it has shipped and left our facility.
